Pros

It is an extremely fast paced environment where there is potential to learn a lot. You are required to conform to their standards of potential promotion and training, regardless of your prior experience. Management tries to reach you with intimidation tactics, not ideal!

Cons

ABSOLOUTELY HORRIBLE PAY STRUCTURE. NEAR MINIMUM WAGE. BE WARNED! You are required to conform to their standards of potential promotion and training, regardless of your prior experience. Management tries to reach you with intimidation tactics, not ideal!

Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Lots of vacation time. Upper Management is good about sharing their high-level strategy with lower-level employees.

Cons

Chronic under-staffing, absurd offshoring, cronyism, out-of-touch management. Experian so desperately wants to avoid paying the high salaries commanded by skilled software developers and data scientists, that they'll try any crazy plan. Developers in Costa Rica and Malaysia aren't working out, neither is having a project manager for every 2 engineers.

Pros

Decent pay & benefits plan; pretty casual dress code; somewhat flexible schedule; family-like environment

Cons

Mundane work; current hiring freeze places more work the remaining individuals; quite often, there's too much work, and too little resources
