The company policies are really good. Supports employees' mental health. Various initiatives were taken to gather the opinions of employees about their well-being. Individuals are trusted with responsibilities to get the job done.

Cons

Lots of (IT security) restrictions regarding software that can be used. This is troublesome especially if you are in a development role. Sometimes, You can't use basic necessary softwares! Low pay compared to market standards. Little increments. Less opportunity of career growth

I worked at Experian for over 30+ years. I like the company because it has strong senior leadership with vision and flexible of work hours. People are technical and smart.

Cons

Good intermediate leadership is lacking. The company is moving off the mainframe in a very fast pace and at the same time handle constant growth however it is not organized and no accountability between different business units.
