Pros

Pay seems fair Benefits are ok

Cons

Leadership is consistently negative, always finding something to critique/criticize and it's always done in the name of "QA" so it sounds better. What it really is, is a control freak leadership who micromanages everything one does. The micromanaging creates a lack of trust and confidence. One is always wondering, "I wonder if I did this ok", "I wonder if/when I'll get in trouble next". When asking for help from the Team Lead or Manager, expect to get either no response or a snarky response. Their time is just too valuable for you until you do something wrong and no matter how minor, then they'll be inviting you to a "QA" meeting ASAP to discuss how badly you do your job. During the team calls you are told how much everyone is trusted and appreciated but it falls flat compared to the daily micromanagement and the fact that the team call is mostly how much we need to improve. Once again, just nothing but negativity. This is the most toxic environment I've been in and I cannot wait to get out even if it means going somewhere minimum wage, it's that toxic and micromanaging.
