A confused place to work which still need alot of work.

Pros

Opportunity to take control and make a difference. Decent base salary. Good practises being used. Some very good staff.

Cons

Waterfall methodology with changing requirements and arbitrary deadlines is not agile. Confusing form filling exercises to try achieve results. Poor benefits package. No regard for personal life. Multiple systems to record the same information, all of which must be filled in or monitored. More development of staff required for the not so strong.
