Pros

Remote, with little travel. Growing company

Cons

Not organized well. Very woke, leadership is very biased towards those inside their circles. Good luck if you are a white straight male.

Project manager at Experian

Pros

The company operates in a fascinating space, where the intellectual property aspect is an important factor: as a result, you can expect to be surrounded by very talented and bright colleagues. The initiative of individuals is welcome but the governance in place offers an effective safety net, so for example it rarely happens that an overzealous sales manager will be able to sign a deal without representative from Services to review it.

Cons

Leadership is tightly held by a restricted group of people, mainly based in UK. At times I had the feeling that whatever projects we were working on had nothing to do with the strategy that was presented in the town hall calls.
