Pros

Credit is a very important aspect of our economy. What we did makes people's life better.

Cons

Too focused on the tactical. Layoffs for the past 5 years in order to meet the company's short term objectives.

Great People, Poor Senior Management

Business Outlook

Pros

Skilled IT workforce, flexible hours, solid infrastructure. Most people are very friendly and helpful. Compensation and benefits are reasonable. Local managers are generally good.

Cons

Politically driven and inauthentic senior management that make inexplicable decisions that appear to be based on personal bias. Pervasive climate of fear and uncertainty. Good people are let go or leave as they don't subscribe to an ineffective business model based on redundant job functions, inequality of work effort, and over bearing micro management.
