Pros

Work From Home, flexible hours.

Cons

Biggest con is compensation. Compensation is based on departments budget and not the skills, knowledge or experience the individual brings to the table. Annual raises are minimal despite promises that inflation is being taken into account. Don't expect anything over 2% and if you bring it up you will be told your lucky to get anything at all or that you still have a job despite the workload. New employees are paid significantly more than those who have been with the company for years, it's best to boomerang if you want a better wage/salary. Yearly bonuses are percentage based on performance however, top performers are minimally rewarded for their above and beyond efforts. So don't bend over backwards, it's not worth it. Lots of pat on the back meetings with double speak to mask lack of compensation for their employees efforts as if kudos and recognition pays bills.

Pros

Great Benefits: Experian truly excels in providing employees with excellent benefits. From comprehensive health coverage to generous vacation policies, the company ensures that its employees are well taken care of. The focus on employee well-being is commendable and contributes positively to the overall work environment.

Cons

Salary Could Be Better: One area where Experian falls slightly short is in the salary department. While the benefits are impressive, a more competitive salary structure would undoubtedly boost employee satisfaction. It's an aspect that, if improved, could further motivate and retain top talent. Lack of Compensation for Exchange Rate Decline: Unfortunately, upper management has not taken significant steps to address the impact of the exchange rate decline from USD to CRC. This has been a concern for many employees, and it would be beneficial if the company could devise strategies or compensatory measures to alleviate the financial strain caused by this decline.
