Pros

Leader in the information services industry, continuously creating new solutions and services for customers, experienced sales executives and sales teams.

Cons

The corporate culture is rather behind the times - people tend go to your management chain if they disagree with your approach or have questions about the direction you may be leading your clients and it's very unproductive. Corporate computer systems and technologies are old and don't work well making it very challenging to find the information you need and want when you need it in order to do your job well. In sales you can spend a lot of time trying to resolve issues with specific products and services that your client has purchased which don't work correctly or produce the expected level of results which hinders your ability to land additional opportunities with other clients.

Some crazy managers out there!

Pros

Smart people, interesting work, good benefits. Although some teams were allowed to work from home almost constantly, this was not available to all so it's not really a pro.

Cons

I had the worst manager of my entire career at this position. He was promoted to manager three weeks after I started there after he threw a temper tantrum (seriously). He managed his team through temper tantrums and rage attacks. He never had meetings with any of his team, preferring to send out scathing little email bombs when he was angry about something, but never giving warning that he was getting upset about something until then. Promotions happened not because you demonstrated you could handle more responsibility but because you were buddies with the manager. Constant inconsistency was the rule. Up to date on technology, competitive in job market in regards to salaries, focused on training and development, benefits are easy to use and understand, international company

Cons

Ruthless when it comes to profit margin, tends to focus more on high performers at the expense of others, some groups very prone to extreme favoritism, upper management tends to turn a blind eye to moral issues.
