Pros

Process mature company, with diverse product portfolio, and stable business Flex work as a staple for the company - many fortune 500 companies can learn from them in that field.

Cons

Was a great place to work, but the habitual turbulent changes in regional leadership that were a given every quarter or too due to the focus on short term gains and the overall lack of company vision finally put some questionable figures in leadership position, who in turn produced even more questionable decisions impacting both client satisfaction and retention, product competitiveness and huge work force attrition, especially among senior software developers and product SME's, which the company was not competitive enough at the job market to be able to replace for a long, long time. Salaries are behind the market average, and are stagnant. The yearly bonus is a gamble, even if your region and the company does well, the execs will find a way to excuse a reduction. Overall culture of moving expert positions towards a low coast Asian and South American locations, resulting in a dramatic drop in quality of work. Silo management, lack of cross department collaboration, every man/department/team for himself mentality is prevalent. Next to none internal career progression opportunities - HR feedback and attitude towards internal candidates is grossly unprofessional and unacceptable for a company of this rank.

Pros

Excellent benefits like mandated holidays, annual salary reviews, Real townhalls. Employee NPS is taken seriously. Pro Women, LGBT, etc. Management makes the effort to diversify the workforce. Many 100% remote jobs. While companies are studying to do large salary adjustments in 2022, Experian did it in 2021.

Cons

Not many cons. The work can be hard, and some days may be long, but you see the results. You work with other geographies that may require you to shift your schedule. Work can be stressful, but results enjoyable.
