Good company with concerning leadership

Very nice brand. Good company who pays decent salary. lot of good people to mix up, work and play.

Change your HR leadership please. They keep asking what is the problem to the people who stayed and dont ask to people who left. I was casually checking the survey today. Surprised to see people talking about recent technology changes in Gladdoor. Lot of people like me are happy about what happened. We were called to a meeting by our HR and HR leadership was asking again and again questions. It seemed like they want us to say bad about old folks. I dont know what is the problem for them. Old leaders coming back is good afterall, even Tata returned. HR keeps on asking about our concerns and why dont they see their own team. They change far more than other. Speak to people who left and they will tell you.
