Pros

Great work environment, catered lunches, great benefits. Co-workers were smart and fun to work with.

Cons

Work/Life balance was tough to maintain. Because it is a very large global organization, sometimes communication was tough.

Pros

EDQ Experian Marketing Services used to be managed by a very visionary HOD who valued talent and focus on growing the site. Many talented and quality software engineers are in the team. There are a lot to learn from the people and also the projects which runs on SaaS platform.

Cons

Super slow and little increment Lack of team dynamics and people mostly work in silo Not much innovation Lack of culture and identity

Pros

Experian hires really good engineers and the requirement is very high. Working in a team with competent members helped me grow a lot in terms of technical skill and best practices.

Cons

Some managers are not having regular 1x1 with their direct reports to grow their career. Mostly result oriented and fails to see individual needs. Willing to let go most talented people. Used to be great company but not anymore.
