Pros

Experian is a product-forward organization with a focus on people. A shared vision to improve and enhance financial well-being for all. Culture is diverse, dynamic, and evolving. Several positive growth and learning opportunities across several business units and functions.

Cons

Large organization. Heavy focus on security. Not easy to move quickly. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. Processes can be opaque and change often. Getting to the right people or teams can slow things down but slow is smooth and smooth is fast.

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review! We're so glad to hear you've had a positive experience with our people-first approach to the ways we work and our commitment to creating an inclusive culture where everyone feels comfortable and confident bringing their whole selves to work every day. As a large global organization, implementing change can not always happen as quickly as within smaller organizations, but we're continually looking for new ways to improve our processes. We truly do appreciate all employee feedback, so thank you again for taking the time to leave a review! -Senior HR Representative

Cons

the IT team in mumbai is the worst team to join because of- dirtly politics foviritism to some select people it head is selfish and oppurtutinistic he has no respect for junior team members.treated like outsourced labour he avoids any responsibility for any work.always has some excuse has not done even one good project in more than a year. cannot take independent technical decisiosn.always is rely on global team always pushes his team members to tell NO to operations.never challenges other leaders directly focuses only on managing his impression with seniors is not able to motivate anyone.talks very politically always 90% team resigned in few months because of him.whoever is left is desperately seeking job in market or job in other department lies that people are leaving because of good job market.people are leaving him and the dirty culture he has created
