Pros

Not any. If you want to experience then join and make your life painfull.

Cons

Worst experience of my career. Poor management, an unprofessional work culture, and no work-life balance. Employees are expected to come early, leave late, and even leave deductions are handled unfairly. I worked on a client project (CBM) (name changed for privacy) and was disappointed with both the client and the employer. I genuinely don't understand how they received a "Best Place to Work" certification. Even if you have limited options, I would recommend avoiding this company.

Pros

offer good pay but that is trap, there is no job securities

Cons

My experience with this company was disappointing due to misleading communication during the hiring process. I was informed that there was a full-time employment opportunity after the contract period. However, in reality, this appears to be a recurring short-term engagement model. The role was presented as having long-term stability, but in my case, the employment lasted only 3 months. The contract duration discussed during hiring did not align with the actual outcome, and there was no real pathway to full-time employment as suggested. The layoff occurred within a short period, without adequate transparency or proactive communication. This raises concerns about workforce planning and the way employment expectations are set during recruitment. I strongly recommend that candidates clarify contract duration, conversion policies, and project stability in writing before joining. Clear and honest communication is essential to maintain professional trust and credibility.
