Pros

It poses a big data and good reputation. Not hard to do business with this big name. Good environment and co-workers to work. Solid job security.

Cons

Not many cons. If I really need to add, it is "typical U.S. large size company". They may need extra brand or strength to get future business.

Pros

Flexibility with schedule. I am able to take time off when my schedule with my placement employer permits.

Cons

No benefits. No vacation, sick leave or medical coverage.

Pros

Competitive Pay, decent benefits, great communication with leadership but only because of the nature of the project.

Cons

No support whatsoever during or after the engagement. Far too many managers in the mix to effectively act as a Project Manager. It was a Expeditor environment with major scope issues in the SOW. The turnover is/was ridiculous. Not real happy.
