      If you're really good at it, you can make a lot of money

      Cons

      Metrics are borderline impossible. Management was ruthless and micromanaged you to an extreme. Even though we were all adults working in an office environment, they wouldn't let us look at our cell phones and we would be reprimanded if we did.

They invest in your career growth Depending on project, lots of opportunity to learn new skills and technologies Leads are sensitive to diversity of culture, orientation, and thought, and are genuinely responsive to issues presented by those they lead

      Personally, it felt like I was watching a live episode of The Office. Take that as you will.

      It felt like I was watching a live episode of The Office. Take that as you will. They also did not properly inform us or WARN us that working for them disallowed us to get hired by other tech companies, like Microsoft, for 6 months. We were essentially cattle for our contract term.
