They lie about the salary. Not responsive after they hired you to work for a client of theirs.

Pros

Supports full remote regime, but also hybrid/ in situ. Regular feedback of performance and employee's overall satisfaction with their role and compensation. Nice, good co-workers. Allows full autonomy to the employee.

Cons

Little investment in employee's continuous education. Few vacation days. No bonuses/ share of company profits. No birthday or christmas extra vacation days.
