Pros

You get 40 hours, you are on the Microsoft campus and you get discounted lunches and low oversight

Cons

No cross training, no help with your contract expiration. Very political the managers have their favorites and can sometimes seem very incompetent and apathetic to real issues related to employment. They will hire from outside before a vendor gets promoted to Full Time Employee with Microsoft

Pros

you can work remotely - you’ll notice quickly that management and sales are barely available, so you can basically pick your hours.

Cons

No structure, constant changes in commission/leadership, guaranteed mass layoffs every year
