Pros

They get you your check, for the most part.

Cons

Temp agency attempting to be a managed service company. Management doesn't manage, no attempt to improve skills or grow employees.

A Race to the Bottom

Pros

If you're at the Portland branch, it is possibly the best entry level job you could have for QA and the Games industry.

Cons

The company recently relocated to Phoenix so that they could pay their employees half the wage, allowing them to compete with third world countries. This attitude was obvious throughout the company. From being complete fine with employees working 60+ hours in a week for months on end, to allowing the client to disrespect and walk all over your employees, Experis made it very clear that you were a body to fill a seat and could be replaced at any moment.
