Pros

Strong presence in most major markets, large client base of enterprise accounts, opportunity for horizontal mobility to different teams, brand recognition, generous PTO

Cons

Frequent technology issues, relationships with clients can be very limited, most accounts are VMS based with no manager contact, high turnover at the individual and manager level, expensive benefits, weak commission structure

Pros

There are a lot of good people and parts of ManpowerGroup and the Experis brand is one of those good things. Experis has a well developed and established brand in certain areas as well as a strong global presence but it's not perfect. Experis is on an interesting path headed by a new CEO and management as things are always changing (which can be good and bad). 401k Match Plan, competitive base salaries and good training and development (if you work in HQ or are sent to HQ for training)

Cons

A lot of negativity within ManpowerGroup including people who used to work for other companies that were acquired by Experis (Comsys, Jefferson Wells are a few examples). There are a number of people in management who should not be in those roles and have been poor examples to their respective teams, causing good people to leave. Commission plan is very poor but other benefits are pretty good.

Pros

Make commission on your placements, fun co-workers, free parking, ping pong rooms, HQ right by the river for scenic view of downtown Milwaukee

Cons

High stress environment, strict dress code, must lock up personal belongings in locker, no headphones, low morale at times, must stay late if metrics aren't met yet cannot leave before 5:30 if metrics are met, inconsistent training, small desks, call center type setting so it is noisy at times and you hear each other's phone conversations, must submit doctor's note if call-in sick, work-life balance is lacking
