Wage stagnation. Annual wage increase stopped.

Very easy going and nice colleagues. Seamless recruiting process.

Cons

Benefits are a little weird. No paid time off for holidays unless you meet a specific working hours threshold.

Accept sponsorship. Many clients to work with in Charlotte.

Cons

Not much benefits. Have to work on W2. Insurance is not covered and only few federal holidays are covered. OK employer.
