Pros

Experis is large, stable, and offers good salaries, commissions and paid time off. They also encourage career development and community involvement. Recruiter training is good.

Cons

Short career path with little opportunity to move people up and around. Internal focus makes it hard to concentrate on the success of clients and consultants. Sales training is scattered, so best to come with experience. Management training is limited.

Cons

Late comer; Arrogance and underestimation of its real competitors. Companies already participating in this market and internal HR in the prospects.
