Pros

Learned a lot, decent pay

Cons

Micromanaged...too focused on metrics instead of valuing employees and their ideas. Very secretive in what's going on with the company and lied to 30+ people saying we were fired because of numbers but in reality they focus on quantity instead of quality with clients. They don't build relationships with clients rather they just shove anyone in hoping to get a submittal for the day to reach numbers.
