Pros

Team consist of an awesome group of people. There is a lot of opportunity within the organization for advancement.

Cons

A lot of turnover on the sales side. Unfulfilled commitments and promises are very common. If accounts start bringing in substantial revenue, they will be taking over to national enterprise accounts and hard work can be diminished from the sales aspects.

Pros

Experis offers benefits to contract employees which is almost unheard of. Timely, competitive pay and every other week frequency.

Cons

Not a lot of correspondence from the Experis team regarding your performance. They depend wholly on the client to review, which is not a given.
