Pros
the best agency I've worked with in the 4 years that i have been working for various agencies as a contractor. Did not low ball on salary, paid completion bonus, paid for get together lunches for the team on the project, some benefits after enough time on the payroll.
Cons
Did not happen to me, but a few people had problems with their 1st paycheck and problems with the back office operations.
