Pros

The benefits for entry level are fantastic. The culture both in office and work from home are motivational and promotes making friends out of your coworkers. Promotions are earnable and you are recognized for your efforts. Overtime is never firmly required and leadership works very dynamically with your schedule to make sure you aren't burning yourself out. They offer Paid Time Off at entry level.

Cons

While you will find that you can move up with a lot of effort, the increase in pay is fairly underwhelming between positions. Especially as you start to take on a lot of responsibility, you'll find that you won't see much gain in pay until you get beyond team lead roles.
