Pros

-The people who work there are well-intentioned and nice -Supposedly you can make a lot of money, but I personally did not see that and there weren't any other initiative other than making money to boost morale

Cons

-They do not support DEI initiatives and everyone in leadership is white (if not, they're treated as a token hire) -Disorganized and unclear; very old school sales techniques -Gossip runs rampant creating a hostile work environment -They target anyone who does not conform and tries to give constructive feedback

Great Work Place

Pros

Great place to learn and grow in the recruiting industry. It's not a startup where we have to struggle to build the brand. This is a huge organization with a brand that is already built up in the market.

Cons

Reviews will happen every year, but not the salary revision.
