Pros

Good for if you want to transition into recruiting and learn the basics. Company likes to do incentive and take new workers out to eat.

Cons

Very sales driven. If you don’t like sales just run. You get in trouble if you can’t find enough candidates with the most perfect skill sets needed for a job. You have to deal with your business development rep. Who might be a hassle and won’t submit your candidates even though they are the perfect match. Management likes to kind of change the rules up every week.
