Pros

Contracts with a lot of great companies, remote work, communicative account representatives, compensation, some holiday pay, employee skill training, weekly pay, reassignment if contract ends

Cons

Not all holidays are paid for, assignments can end abruptly due to funding

Another Contract Scam

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Extremely easy to get hired

Cons

Bad pay, bad benefits, acting like the pandemic is over, no clear path to promotion, no discussion with management about decisions that impact workers (just being told that's how it is, if you don't like it then leave), sudden layoffs without any warning
