Pros

They pay well and jobs are remote

Cons

After working for a couple of months They told me they won’t file my visa at the very last moment (march) when that was my only condition for joining They never informed me about the end of contract with the client till the contract ended They did not help in finding other opportunities and eventually had to leave

Pros

Very positive atmosphere Nurturing - lots of training provided. They invest in your career growth Depending on project, lots of opportunity to learn new skills and technologies Leads are sensitive to diversity of culture, orientation, and thought, and are genuinely responsive to issues presented by those they lead

Cons

Pay is sub-par, particularly for technically skilled QA positions Pay raises are very incremental Pay raises and promotion can come slowly
