Pros

The people that do the actual test work are passionate, smart, and dedicated. Direct leadership that works with the actual work team tries to manage fairly. Opportunities to network with those in the gaming industry.

Cons

Ultimately being vendors in the tech industry, in the games sector no less, will mean wages that are lower than working directly at a developer studio.

Pros

fun-ish outings. Really hard to think of 1

Cons

Absolutely terrible place to work - unless you want to work for a company that is incredibly AWFUL TO WORK FOR! Half the employees can do what they want and the other half are constantly scrutinized for no reason.
