you will not get anything, they are doing like fraud.
Cons
Very bad experience with Experis, Company is very careless with candidate, the process is too slow, after released the offer letter and joining date, you will be wait for onboard. even though your joining date is also passed 3 days ago but still they are not bothered about on-boarding and don't respond, don't join this organization and don't accept any offer letter from there. there is no security of job as well. after waiting 3 days for onboard and call form HR at the end I have to look into another organisation for job.
