Pros
- You will learn good IT skills - Documentation - Escalation Procedure - Customer Service/Build customer repour - Engaging different vendors/products that integrate with M365 applications - Scheduling using UTC for customers in different time zones If you are lucky, you will be put with a good team that has a cool manager/ nice teammates.
Cons
- Pay is poor considering all that goes into the position - Onboarding training is ok but the instructors could be better - Lunch/Breaks sucks :( - The ticketing system is slow or breaks - Pitching a survery/review at the close of every case is a MUST these people want to have the highest scores when reporting to seniors. - Customers can be rude Honestly, I could go on and on, from the work schedule to the labors of clocking /submitting time. My onboarding class started with 18 by the end of my first month at the company there may have been 8 of us left. It can be very STRESSFUL and OVERWHELMING , it is a GRIND.
