Pros

Redesigning existing and new product packaging was incredibly fun and challenging. The Development Team I interacted with was great at Honeywell. I loved creating consistency in the Brand redesign. Those immediate Team Members were capable and helpful, although completely overworked. My immediate contact at Tapfin/Experis was very professional.

Cons

No timelines at Honeywell. Every month/week another warm body left and there was no one to fill the gaps. Unfortunately, there are too many people there that take up space so you end up doing their job too so you can get yours done. This is a terrible waste of resources and the morale is terrible. Upper Management changes weekly/monthly and any promises made are often undermined. So sorry to say that I have never seen so many bad decisions made by new management in such a short time.

Pros

Very supportive company, reactive and has a great office atmosphere. Offers reasonable benefits and package as well as interesting work itself.

Cons

Company can be somewhat reactive. Seems to only react and offer better packages/benefits when negative noise is made - would ideally like better loyalty rewards.
