Pros

- Working with talented and experienced individuals who care about their work and team members. - No shortage of work and team leads are receptive to shifting your objectives to avoid burnout (when possible). - Moral teams and events that are growing and becoming more frequent. - Excellent quality standards. - Openness to helping each other grow and improve. - Well maintained work site and staff. - Excellent culture.

Cons

- IT support can be quite a hassle to get a hold of and work with, even for basic requests. - The training materials, documentation, and general onboarding process can be quite chaotic. - Chain of command isn't super clear. - Can be a bit behind the industry in terms of compensation and benefits, though management has been vocal about improving these.
