the company allows you to run your own practice, hire your own people and negotiate rates with clients

Set your own hours. You can make valuable business contacts and learn a lot from our clients.

Cons

Supervisors who don't know anything about the job they send you to. Focus on keeping the client happy no matter how much you have to compromise the quality of the work. It's all about the billable hours.
