Good but not great

Pros

They have a good on leading and recruiting system. Easy to get a hold of consultant boss. Helps if there are issues with the company you’re stationed with as a consultant. A great first employment as a consultant to get a hang of the consultant job.

Cons

Not great opportunities for growth as a consultant. Salary ok but not great. But all over pretty fair.

Yep, this is a temp company

Pros

I can't really think of any actual pros to working for this company beyond "well, it's better than working in retail or food service" and it can get you a foot in the door into a better career. So basically like every other temp company on the planet.

Cons

They seem to be a disorganized mess. My current recruiter who I've personally been working with at this company is amazing, however every other employee I have interacted with at this company I have had an unpleasant experience with because they have either been rude or ghosted me entirely. I do feel bad for their recruiters though, as they seem like they don't get treated very well and work long hours.

Pros

Strong communication, uncapped and commission paid monthly, and fully remote! Great team dynamics and leadership, with lots of fun group outings and celebrations. Have a good work/ life balance and feel valued by company, strong benefits, PTO, and mental health/ burnout conscientiousness.

Cons

Can take a few months to start really earning commission, but can expect to double salary 2nd year. First few months are hard, even for experienced recruiters. Definitely not a role you can slack off on at all.
