Tough but Lucrative

Pros

Great company, but it all depends on which geographic market you are in. Total compensation can be great, but really depends on external factors (sales reps, clients, and leadership). Lot of activities and events, mostly remote, good PTO.

Cons

Unequal base pay (recruiters at the same level can range from $40k-70k), favoritism, and extremely high stress. Recruiters are bottom of the hierarchy and can be treated like assistants.
