Pros

- The company is not afraid to spend money - Work with many large, well-known companies

Cons

- They waste a lot of money - Encourage their teams to simply recruit bodies- not the best or most qualified talent - Way too top heavy - Promotes young, inexperienced individuals into management positions for convenience - Leaders are not in touch with the business - Over promise, under deliver

Pros

They sponsor H1B and bring people to US You can get $40-50/hour billing, while Experis will also earn same from you.

Cons

1)They interview in India and tell new hire that they are hiring full time role, which is fake. 2) They tell that you have to work for Experis, but later on you will know that you have to work for client location. 3) They have very high billing rate and that's why most of time client either reject your profile due to very high expectations. 4) If they are unable to place you they shall fire you any time with 15 days notice. 5) If they are not able to place you and you have find any project/client and asking to go for corp-to-corp then also they are looking $90-100/hour billing and below that they will say no for C2C. 6) They are not contributing in health plan and all amount you have to pay e.g. for family $900/month. 7) If you left Experis they will charge you $2500 and stale down your A/c in place of $2000-8000 as they said earlier

Pros

Huge company with tons of clients, preferred supplier for many enterprise clients, decent benefits, will hire with no prior recruiting experience.

Cons

Compensation is well below market and every time they "reevaluate" commission it gets worse. Management doesn't care about the employees. Don't expect an annual performance review and/or raise - those don't exist here. There are no career advancement opportunities or raises for top performers and turnover is extremely high because the poor performers are fired or forced to quit and the high performers have no options for career growth. They hire people with no experience, pay them as little as possible, give them no training or pathetically poor training, and then send them packing when they flop or lose them to another company when they realize they can make a lot more money and be treated like an actual person elsewhere. This model obviously doesn't work - we're getting kicked off of accounts and closing branches left and right.
