Pros

They are an old school company who try to treat their productive employees right

Cons

Very strange dynamic. Would like to be a consulting company but vast majority of business is staff augmentation, mostly through VMS channels (of which they are not incredibly responsive)

Pros

Hourly rate was good and slightly above the market.

Cons

Job opportunities were not plentiful. Long downtime between projects. There is no health insurance available due to low utilization.
