Pros

I’ve worked with the company since January and I have really enjoyed the structure of their team. They seem to truly care about the workers and do not encourage you to overwork. There is also great opportunity to move up within the company.

Cons

The main con would be the low pay some of the roles start at $18/hr which is simply not enough in this economy. Even though $22 is better, it still isn’t enough and I do find myself having to do odd jobs to earn extra income to pay all of my bills and expenses. The benefits package is also not very great and PTO is earned monthly (10 hrs). In order to receive holiday pay, you must work 1,000 hours first.

Pros

Management did the bet they could spread out across multiple clients. The work was mainly Tier I and some Tier-II remote IT support.

Cons

It was easy work, but they start to pile desks on you with little to no raise in pay.
