Great people work here. Good place to start your career in sales or recruiting.

Cons

Horrible communication from the top down. Nothing to differentiate themselves from the competition. Poor compensation plans

Pros

They have numerous large clients in Silicon Valley, so one can work at a variety of companies. They leave you alone to get the job done, which is also a con.

Cons

Too often my contract renewal was mishandled and I would be instructed that I could not work until a signature was acquired from the client. This would happen near large project deadlines, when it wasn't acceptable to simply not work because of a technicality.
