Pros

The office timing of 9 hours and the incredibly supportive environment provided by the team and management. I’ve been fortunate to work with Shweta Tiwari since September 2019, and I can confidently say that she excels in interaction, resolving doubts, and offering guidance in any situation. Her leadership and approachability have been invaluable to my growth and overall experience. Thank you for fostering such a positive work culture.

Cons

no cons as such even if there is, it is manageable with communication.
