Pros

You can come to Switzerland through them as they hire everyone who looks like a human. You can quickly learn you are screwed over, so you can move relatively quickly.

Cons

Nearly half of all employees resign every year. This already tells everything. Salaries are the absolute lowest in the Swiss market, managers are constantly lying to your face on a daily basis. They lie about salary raise, trips, your future career, they even lie when they don´t have to. It´s just became their routine. Managers don´t invest a single franc into their employees, there is absolutely no training, commission is a bad joke, yet they tell you the opposite. They don´t care the slightest if they lose half their people every year, they are even expecting it. New, innovative ideas are not welcome, the company is exactly like a call center from the 90s. Extensive micromanagement and ridiculous amount of administration.

Pros

Nice people. Prompt pay. Answered calls. Went to bat for me for a raise. Other than those things, th at's about it. At the time, they had great benefits; I'm putting a 2 in benefits because I understand that the bennies have been cut. I'm also putting a 2 for the Compensation (same line item, below) because I was talked into a lower rate because he said that they weren't making much money off of me, and it turned out that they were marking me up 110%.

Cons

I was shorted several days pay by the company they were contracting with - and they did nothing to help me. I had informed them of what was going on several months before I left, which turned out to be illegal (I had no idea). They flatly refused to straighten it out with the customer. That cost me almost $1,000. I could have sue them and the customer, but I though it would kill my chances for more jobs through them. It turns out that my complaining that they had violated the Wage Hour Act was all it took for them to blacklist me.

Pros

Owned by Manpower, which is a very good company. Pay is great, if you can execute. Believe there is high potential if you are on a good team in a good market.

Cons

Like any company, especially large ones, you can get stuck with a bad manager. Your execution depends on a good team, so if the manager is poor, your chances for success go down dramatically.
