Good place to start in the industry and gain training and experience with large accounts.

Cons

Horrible leadership, sweat shop work environment that is only numbers focused.

Pros

They care for their consultants, especially if you are a top biller. Much more check-ins, lunch meetings to review the account and to see how you as a consultant are doing than other firms.

Cons

Largely dependent on the client. Can end up in a situation where you get renewed with very short notice which is a little stressful.
