Companies size and reputation made it easier to get on vendor lists. cross divisional selling opportunities,

Upper management is constantly changing,there is a lack of direction, there is a lot of bureaucracy. they try to run there NYC office like it was in Milwaukee, small salary increases on yearly review if any at all

Strong presence in most major markets, large client base of enterprise accounts, opportunity for horizontal mobility to different teams, brand recognition, generous PTO

Cons

Frequent technology issues, relationships with clients can be very limited, most accounts are VMS based with no manager contact, high turnover at the individual and manager level, expensive benefits, weak commission structure
