      Pros

      They have many relationships and they work with many companies. They move quick and the process is mostly easy.

      Cons

      They forget about you after you go on to your location. They dont respond. They emailed me few times with the wrong name on the email. They are only concerned with getting there next placement. My role was quickly changed once I arrived onsite. I think they didnt tell me about all the extra responsibility so that they could negotiate a lower rate. didnt tell me I had to pay for parking

      Good Company - Interesting Future

      Pros

      There are a lot of good people and parts of ManpowerGroup and the Experis brand is one of those good things. Experis has a well developed and established brand in certain areas as well as a strong global presence but it's not perfect. Experis is on an interesting path headed by a new CEO and management as things are always changing (which can be good and bad). 401k Match Plan, competitive base salaries and good training and development (if you work in HQ or are sent to HQ for training)

      Cons

      A lot of negativity within ManpowerGroup including people who used to work for other companies that were acquired by Experis (Comsys, Jefferson Wells are a few examples). There are a number of people in management who should not be in those roles and have been poor examples to their respective teams, causing good people to leave. Commission plan is very poor but other benefits are pretty good.
