Pros

- Good follow up with consultants - Finds an area of agreement to place consultant on a permanent role with clients

Cons

- Not specialised on embedded software accounts - Trying to place consultants on project non relevant to area of expertise (suggesting to an embedded software engineer to work on an IT helpsesk!) - Business agents modifying CV's to fit customer requirement without approval of the candidate.

Mdae some great friends and mentors here, gained a lot of industry connections because they let go of 80% of the office in a year

Cons

Manpower is the boss, it is their way or the highway. Company culture is deteriorating, internal pathways to promotion are limited, lots of politics, not a growth company. Pick another atffing agency.
