Pros

-a lot of hand holding -great sales training -working with some seasoned smart individuals

Cons

-micromanaged to the fullest, down to the tie and shirt you wear -a lot of useless CRM stuff daily

Pros

Mostly a contracting company so you will work for other companys. They always make sure that you are paid as fast as possible if there is a payment error.

Cons

Not really any downsides, just an average company to work for.

Decent wage plus benefits Great recruiters who understand job postings and necessary skill sets to succeed in placements Alternate work locations - onsite and remote Paid holidays after 6 months

Cons

No negotiation to increase pay scales after 12 months Lack of account rep contact. Wasn't sure who was my primary contact at times Lack of feedback/reviews from client manager on how well I was performing in the role
