Pros

They have relationships with many companies. There is good communication with the staff. The middle management area is friendly with the consultants. They do a great job of checking on the employees view of the their assignment.

Cons

The Business Development area that monitors the consultant's experience at the client site was found to be insincere and only concerned about the client.

Pros

Good company, good reputation and plays by the rules. Sister companies help complement offerings to larger clients. Large Global reach and some capable Solutions offerings.

Cons

Constant Management changes locally. Push for Solutions sales, but some of them are jut staffing with a Solutions ribbon. Customers can see through this and it cheapens the brand and hurts the sales cycle.
