You quickly develop your ability to recognize that you're constantly lied to.

Cons

Of all recruitment agencies in Switzerland, Experis pays the lowest. They lie to you the opposite until you find out the truth yourself. Managers permanently lie stright to your face about develoment opportunities, they promise you lots of benefits which they never keep. Fluctiation is close to 50%, half the office leaves every year. Absolutely zero training, zero work-life balance. You literally can't leave your chair for 9 hours every day. It's typical call center where they try to squeeze the most money out of you until you get exhausted and resign, which they expect in half a year. Absolute worst company in Switzerland.
